Why Choose Private Therapy?

Choosing private therapy allows us to work deeply and intentionally — without insurance restrictions or limitations on your care. Longer sessions, uninterrupted focus, and flexibility tailored to your needs.

I accept most major insurance plans and also work as an out-of-network provider. For clients who wish, I provide superbills and reimbursement forms that can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

You Don't Have to Face This Alone

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. I would be honored to support you.
