What I Offer
Therapy Tailored to You
Every person's path is different. I offer a range of specialized services to meet you where you are — with compassion, expertise, and genuine care.
Individual Psychotherapy
One-on-one support for lasting change
Individual therapy provides a private, confidential space to explore what is weighing on you — whether that is stress, relationship difficulties, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck. Together we will identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My Approach
I use an integrative approach drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing — tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Who this helps: Adults and young adults navigating life challenges, emotional difficulties, or personal growth.
Depression & Anxiety
Finding steadiness and renewed purpose
Depression and anxiety can make everyday life feel overwhelming. You may feel exhausted, disconnected, or trapped in cycles of worry and low mood. Therapy offers a structured, supportive path toward relief — helping you understand the roots of these feelings and build lasting coping strategies.
My Approach
Evidence-based techniques including CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and behavioral activation to reduce symptoms and restore a sense of agency.
Who this helps: Individuals experiencing persistent sadness, low motivation, excessive worry, panic, or social anxiety.
Couples Counseling
Rebuilding trust, communication, and connection
Every relationship goes through difficult seasons. Whether you are facing communication breakdowns, trust issues, conflict, or simply feeling disconnected, couples therapy creates a neutral space where both partners can be heard and understood. The goal is not just to resolve conflict — but to build a stronger, more resilient relationship.
My Approach
Emotionally focused techniques and communication skill-building to help couples reconnect and develop healthier patterns of interaction.
Who this helps: Couples at any stage — dating, engaged, married, or navigating separation — who want to improve their relationship.
Adolescent Therapy
Supporting teens through life's toughest moments
The teenage years bring enormous change — academically, socially, and emotionally. Adolescents often struggle to articulate what they are feeling, and may act out, withdraw, or shut down. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where teens can open up, develop self-awareness, and build the coping skills they need to thrive.
My Approach
Strength-based, developmentally appropriate therapy that engages teens where they are, with family involvement as appropriate.
Who this helps: Teens ages 13–18 dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, family conflict, peer pressure, or identity questions.
Trauma & Life Transitions
Processing the past, building resilience for the future
Trauma can leave lasting imprints — on how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. Whether you have experienced a single traumatic event or a lifetime of difficult experiences, trauma-informed therapy offers a path toward healing. I also support clients navigating major life transitions such as grief, divorce, job loss, or relocation.
My Approach
Trauma-informed care, EMDR-informed techniques, and a paced, client-led approach that prioritizes safety and stabilization.
Who this helps: Individuals processing past trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, or significant life changes.
Addiction & Recovery
Compassionate support for substance use and recovery
Addiction affects every area of life — relationships, work, health, and self-worth. As a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), I bring specialized training and deep compassion to this work. Recovery is possible, and you do not have to face it alone. I work with individuals at all stages — from early intervention to long-term sobriety maintenance.
My Approach
Motivational interviewing, relapse prevention planning, and a non-judgmental, strengths-based framework that honors each person's readiness for change.
Who this helps: Individuals and families affected by substance use, including alcohol, prescription medications, and other substances.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your mental health benefits. Key questions: Do I have out-of-network benefits? What is my deductible? What is my copay or coinsurance for outpatient mental health?
A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes the diagnosis code, procedure code, and session details your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim. I provide these upon request.
A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please bring this up during your free 15-minute consultation and we can discuss options.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. I understand that life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up.
